Only the designated contacts from your office should contact Synaptec to receive support. This is to assure that your firm has at least one person who has a direct and personal relationship with our support staff, and is therefore the most qualified to attack any issues which may arise. The preferred method to request technical support is email. This assures that Synaptec always has a clear record of any issues which need attention. (Synaptec realizes that often speed is an issue, so the telephone is a necessary tool and is always an option.)
